1. Return Window (30-Day Guarantee)
You have exactly 30 days from the calendar date you received your item to request a return. Requests received after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- It must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and inside its original product packaging.
- It must be accompanied by the original receipt, invoice, or valid proof of purchase from our store.
3. Free Returns & No Restocking Fees

- Return Shipping: Once your return request is authorized by our team, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email, or reimburse your return shipping costs entirely. Customers do not have to pay for return logistics.
4. How to Initiate a Return & Where to Return

5. Refund Processing & Credit Method

- Please Note: Depending on your banking institution or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the financial server to post the transaction credit to your bank statement.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will evaluate the issue right away and dispatch a brand-new replacement product or issue an immediate full refund at no extra cost to you.
